Sorin Roibu

Sorin established the Romanian representative of Arthur Hunt in 2006, in Bucharest.
He is an experienced HR Advisor, specialized in Executive Search & Leadership solutions and he is a certified professional in leading sustainable Strategic Change.
Sorin holds over 20 years of HR management experience in areas like strategic military organizations and deployment of NATO HR policies, from which 15 years in ramping up HR consulting business, delivering executive search and advisory in change or transformation programs.
He is also a certified practitioner in the psychometric tool 16PF® – potential assessment based on personality profile, TKI® – conflict management. In 2012, Sorin became an accredited Belbin Team Roles® consultant.
Sorin is a supporter of the organizations in their struggle with a fast-changing market and environment, helping senior management to set the North star in their journey.

Alina Sirbu

An experienced HR professional and psychologist, Alina is covering the complete spectre of HR advisory services. Her areas of focus include Strategic HR, Change Management, Talent Management, Organizational Development.
Alina’s approach to HR is highly pragmatic and her favorite areas of HR are driving the change management plans & initiatives to sustain major transformations; coach individuals for performance and drive team effectiveness, deliver organization productivity through effective organization design; build organization engagement through specific HR projects combined with line management empowerment, develop talents and build an environment where employees feels engaged and valued.
Alina’s portfolio includes organizational design projects, complex change management processes, training and development projects, performance and talent management and design of compensation and benefits policies.
Alina holds over 17 years of Direct Management experience across different departments (Sales, Trade Marketing, HR) and over 10 years of experience as a HR practitioner in various areas (Change management, Performance &Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, HR Business partneHr) as well as International Experience.
