Sylvie Baychelier
Sylvie Baychelier
Sylvie specializes in the assessment and support of managers and members of management committees. She is also involved in setting up leadership programs for high potentials. She develops and coordinates the Talent network internationally.
She has more than 30 years of experience in managing teams and entities, first in Executive Search and then in Talent Management.
She has followed a double course in Literature and Political Science and is a certified RNCP coach at IFOD.
Estelle Boquet
Estelle Boquet
After 10 years in HR communication on employer brand topics, Estelle started out in the firm on matters of disability in the workplace.
14 years later, she leads the inclusion, health and QWL practice with a team of experts from a variety of backgrounds to be able to respond to the various assignments.
She is of the view that everyone has a place in the world of work and she supports the firm’s clients in defining their strategies and conducting projects aimed at creating the conditions for living together and for individual and collective performance.

Angélique Janvier-Guettier
Angélique is a Consultant – Coach. An expert in accelerating transformations, she began her career in functional departments (communication, CSR, transformation).
She joined the world of consulting in 2013. A graduate of the Strategic Management and Economic Intelligence MBA of the Ecole de Guerre Economique (EGE), she works with the elective (Chairpersons and Directors) and executive (Managing Directors and Top Managers) governing bodies of companies in the Social and Solidarity Economy, with a view to supporting them in their strategic thinking and operational transcription through mobilisation of the social body.
Muriel Roehmer
Muriel Roehmer
Muriel specialises in supporting transformations, leading projects to identify skills and develop leadership, and individual and collective coaching.
She has led HR support projects for more than 20 years at a number of consulting companies and has also managed teams specialising in the assessment and development of managers, senior managers and executives.
A psychologist specialising in Human Resources, Muriel is trained in co-development by CECODEV and certified in professional coaching by IFOD.
Émilie Artigaud
Émilie Artigaud
Emilie is a Consultant – Coach in the Change and Talent team, specialising in the assessment and development of individual and collective leadership in transformation contexts.
She works more specifically with managers and HR functions to help them successfully implement their change projects.
Emilie previously held roles in Expertise HR (Talent and Career Management, Remuneration and Employee Benefits) and Business Partner HR in large consulting and engineering groups.
She is a graduate of the University of Paris-Dauphine, holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and is certified as a Professional Coach by Transformance Pro (Coach & Team).
Françoise Bailly-Béchet
Françoise Bailly-Béchet
With a double Master’s degree in Communication and HR, Françoise has been supporting public and private organisations in defining and deploying inclusive HR policies for over 15 years.
She supports all sizes and all types of companies and strives to find the right action strategy with regard to the HR and business issues pursued. Françoise is also responsible for the Arthur Hunt Group’s Disability Mission.
