For each assignment, Arthur Hunt puts together a dedicated team in which consultants with experience of working in companies and expert research consultants are able to understand the expectations of customers and candidates alike.

We work with major groups, mid-caps and start-ups, but also with public and non-profit institutions in France (Paris, Lille and Lyon) and abroad.

Our work is reinforced by assessment centres. The assessments produced promote a predictive approach to the behaviour of future employees in their new workplace and when faced with future challenges.

Corinne Myrteza

Corinne began her career at EY as a financial auditor. She then joined Ipsos where she was Director of Management Control then Secretary General of Ipsos France. In 2000, she joined a subsidiary of Aegis Dentsu as General Secretary then DG Finance. In 2005, she became general secretary of Publicis Consultants.

Since 2010, she has been a partner of Arthur Hunt Executive Search, a recruitment firm for executives. She supports companies in their transformation by identifying the talents that will contribute to performance. Corinne is able to handle all the functions of a management committee. Her major areas of expertise are Corporate Affairs, Communication, finance functions, HR and professional services.

After a hypokhâgne and khâgne, she graduated from IEP Paris. PFPI certified.

Bern Terrel

Bern Terrel

Bern joined the world of recruitment in 1998. Initially with Tilmont Conseil / Raymond Poulain Consultants (Menway Group), and with Hudson between 2005 and 2015,

He successively held the positions of Senior Consultant, Branch Director, Regional Director, Director of the Industry & FMCG BU.

Since 2015, he has been a Partner of Arthur Hunt Executive Search. He supports companies in their transformation by identifying the talents that will contribute to performance.
He deals with the recruitment of experts, experienced executives and managers, mainly in the field of industry, services to industry and the Transport / Supply Chain sector.

He holds a Master 2 in Management and Business Administration from IAE Bordeaux.
He is certified and authorized to use the HBDI (Hermann Test) and the PFPI.

Yann de Kersauson

Yann de Kersauson

Yann began his career in the sovereign political-military sphere (France/abroad) and at the International Institute for Strategic Studies in London.

In 2003, he joined Groupe M6 as Chief of Staff to the Chairman of the Management Board, before being appointed Deputy Director of Group Communications and Executive Director of the foundation.

In 2016, he set up a consulting and executive support firm.

In 2019, he joined Arthur Hunt Executive Search. He provides services in sensitive and trusted technologies, data and renewable energies for listed groups, mid-caps/start-ups and investment vehicles. Yann is fully capable of handling all the functions of a Management Committee/Executive Committee.

His main areas of expertise are professional services (external relations, corporate security and IT, etc.). Yann is a graduate of the London School of Economics, INSEAD and IHEDN.

Sandra Raynaud

Sandra Raynaud

Sandra began her career in Brussels in public affairs and worked for Dow Chemical. She then joined the Boiron pharmaceutical group and worked in finance, market access and international development. She oversaw Boiron’s “Export” activity. She was also Company Secretary of a mid-cap in the construction sector with over 500 employees.

Since 2020, she has been Executive Search Director at Arthur Hunt. She supports companies and organisations in the healthcare sector by identifying the talent that will contribute to performance.

Her main areas of expertise are Corporate (Marketing & Sales, Finance, HR, communication) and Industrial Site Management.

Sandra is a graduate of the Collège d’Europe and holds a senior professional diploma in International Finance. She is PfPi [work personality inventory] certified.

Lisette Marques-Rebelo

Lisette Marques-Rebelo

Lisette joined the Arthur Hunt Group as Executive Search Director in early 2020. She has worked in the Human Resources Consulting business for 20 years. She is involved in the areas of recruitment, evaluation, support and skills development for experienced managers and executives.

She supports and advises Human Resources Departments, General Departments and Operational Departments on these subjects in growth and restructuring contexts. She has experience in project engineering and management (internal mobility, volume recruitment, etc.).

She is especially active in the industrial, services and retail sectors. Lisette holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. She is certified and accredited in the use of MBTI, HBDI, SOSIE, PfPi and HOGAN.

Serge Nguyen

Serge Nguyen

Trained at P&G, Serge worked at L’Oréal before heading the Marketing Departments and global brand portfolios at Japan Tobacco and Hermès. He then held CMO roles including Digital, Customer Experience, CSR and Retail functions at Unibail-Rodamco and Compagnie des Alpes.

Since 2018, he has been a Director at Arthur Hunt Executive Search, the senior management recruitment firm. He supports the topline development and transformation of companies by identifying talent to drive change. His main areas of expertise are Marketing & Sales, Digital, HR and the Consumer, Retail and Leisure Hospitality sectors.

A graduate of ESSEC, he is authorised as a coach and is PfPi [work personality inventory] certified.

Barbara Everaere

Barbara Everaere

Barbara joined the Arthur Hunt Group as Executive Search Director in early 2020.

Through her 20-year career in the HR consulting sector, she has supported her customers in their recruitment of senior managers and executives and the development of potential.
She is active in the Industry, Services and IT sectors.

An Executive Coach who is passionate about Talent Management, she is involved in the assessment centre, outplacement and individual and collective coaching.
She supports her customers in growth and restructuring contexts.

Barbara holds a Master’s degree in Individual and Collective Coaching, is certified as a Coach, qualified in engineering assessment centres and is PfPi and Hogan certified.

Catherine Bunod

  Catherine Bunod

Behind an “Au Revoir”, there’s always a way back … This is the path Catherine Bunod has chosen, rejoining Arthur Hunt, after a six-year hiatus.

She returns, energized by her four years expatriation to Silicon Valley and just over a year with a niche firm specializing in IT & Digital.

Catherine initially joined the Expectra Group in September 2001, where she played a pivotal role in the creation and development of the Legal and Human Resources division.
In 2008, she transitioned to Jurispartner, a specialized firm focusing on legal and tax functions, where she gained expertise in legal recruitment: middle and top management (directors, managers, partners, lawyers, and jurists across various specialties. She served major CAC 40 groups, start-ups as well as international companies in sectors such as aeronautics, industry, construction, luxury goods, pharmaceuticals and more.
From 2012 to 2017, Catherine led the development of Arthur Hunt’s Legal practice, while also handling assignments in Human Resources, business development and finance.

In addition to reuniting with a prestigious brand and dedicated colleagues, Catherine aspires to get back to her passion on “Legal & HR practices” and contribute to Arthur Hunt’s expansion in IT professions.

Catherine is a graduate of ESMAE.

Vanessa de Beauvoir

Vanessa de Beauvoir

Vanessa began her career as Business Controller at L’Oréal. After 10 years in the group, she joined Clarins as Head of Business Control France.

Since 2017, she has been a Senior Consultant at Arthur Hunt Executive Search, a senior management recruitment firm. She supports companies in their transformation by identifying the talents that will contribute to performance.

Her main areas of expertise are finance functions (CFO, Management Control, Treasury, Accounting, Consolidation, etc.) and, more generally, support functions (HR, Payroll, Legal, etc.). She has also developed expertise in Communication functions.

Vanessa holds a Master’s degree in Financial Techniques. She is PfPi [work personality inventory] certified.

Isabelle Augustins

Isabelle Augustins

Isabelle began her career at the recruitment and HR consulting firm Hudson in 2007 in the Industries BU, where she worked on R&D and Engineering functions.

She joined Arthur Hunt in 2012, where she broadened her expertise on the Projects, Production and Production Support functions for various industrial customers. From 2016 to 2019, as an independent consultant, she carried out various assignments, particularly for Arthur Hunt.

In Practice Industrie since 2019, she manages the recruitment of technical and scientific personnel, engineers and doctors, at all levels and positions, for our industrial customers.

She holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from ParisTech.
