Dorota has over 20 years’ experience in IT business on managerial positions within local companies as well as global organizations carrying local and regional functions. In her career she has supported many organizations and leaders to grow their business. She used to work for such companies as TCH Systems, Optimus and Hewlett Packard in services department (curenlty DXC).
She has proven track record in executive search, coaching, career transformation projects, leadership assessments and leadership development programs. She is coach of The John Maxwell Team – international organization for leadership. Dorota has extensive knowledge on marketing, business strategies, sales and business development. In her work she uses different tools and methodologies to support people in their personal growth.

Since 2013, she has been recruiting and advising companies in the field of human resources management and identifying competences for positions requiring unique expert knowledge. She specializes in recruitment for experts and executive level positions in the industry sectors, engineering, as well as for financial and purchasing positions. She is an expert in identifying and raising awareness of cultural differences in international business environments. Katarzyna conducts research projects and verifying managerial, commercial and technical competences at various positions.
