Olivier Perrin

A Graduate of the IEA Paris in Finance, Olivier began his career in auditing (5 years) before moving into strategy and business transformation consultancy for industrial companies. He has worked with over forty major corporations in more than 60 countries, with a particular focus on the energy sector (TotalEnergies, Shell, BP, ADNOC, Petronas, Pemex, Sonangol, Sonatrach, New Energies Coalition…), aerospace and defence (Airbus, Safran, ArianeGroup), and the automotive and transport sectors (Renault, Forvia, JLR, Alstom).
His expertise ranges from strategy formulation to implementation, including industrial performance plans, support during post-merger integration (PMI) and carve-out phases, and periods of rapid growth. Olivier also has a very good understanding of the African continent.

Kamil Mokrane

Kamil Mokrane

A graduate of HEC Grande École, CentraleSupélec, and École Polytechnique of Algiers, Kamil began his career in strategy consulting at CVA and Monitor Deloitte before joining Arthur Hunt Strategy, where he is now a Director. He has worked with major corporations across more than 15 countries, with a particular focus on the energy sector (Oil & Gas, LNG, African NOCs), Aerospace and Defense (UAVs, major French A&D players), and the automotive and industrial sectors (OEMs, circular economy, carve-outs).
His expertise spans strategy formulation and implementation, including strategy due diligence (buy and sell-side), carve-out coordination (M&A, HR, Legal), local content programs for mega-projects, and market projections. Kamil also has a strong understanding of African and Middle Eastern markets (Mauritania, Namibia, Suriname, Oman, Saudi Arabia).

Xavier Dézamy

Xavier Dézamy

An engineer by training, specialising in Energy and Mineral Resources, Xavier has been supporting organisations in the energy and industrial sectors for over 10 years, helping them address challenges relating to strategy, business transformation, operational performance and engineering.

As a Business Development Engineer, Global Account Manager and subsequently Head of Business Development, he has developed extensive expertise in the growth and transformation challenges faced by service and engineering companies. In particular, he has worked on issues relating to market structuring, business development, key account management, the establishment of strategic partnerships and the management of complex tenders in France and internationally (Europe, Africa, the Middle East).

Working alongside industry leaders, he has developed expertise in issues relating to access to energy resources, the energy transition, and the impact of geopolitical developments on the strategic decisions of industry players.

At Arthur Hunt Strategy, he now supports industry leaders in defining and implementing their growth and transformation strategies, adopting a pragmatic approach focused on impact and value creation. He works in contexts characterised by challenges relating to competitiveness, sovereignty and the transformation of value chains, against a backdrop of industrial, energy and geopolitical change.
