Revitalisation

When the restructuring of a large company affects the balance of a region, its duty to the region is to try to create as many jobs as it eliminates.
Within this framework, 2A.Territoires helps to create jobs by identifying needs, finding aid and implementing the corresponding actions (creation of companies, financial support for VSEs/SMEs, etc.).

360 degree audit

In the context of structural or economic difficulties, or development potential, we carry out 360 degree audits to detect and implement actions that help to improve the performance of organisations.

HR support for VSEs/SMEs

Following an audit or as a result of a need for specific support, we help define and implement HR policies and procedures (regulatory compliance, management of jobs and career paths (GEPP), change management, etc.).

Support for sectors

2A.Territoires supports many inter-professional sectors or groups to anticipate changes, implement transformation projects, determine and implement the corresponding roadmaps (Social, HR, communication, etc.) – several references attest to our ability to develop a stakeholder ecosystem and guide businesses.
