Laurent Laval
Laurent understood early on in his career that his main interest was in people and their diversities. Born and raised on a farm in France, he studied agricultural engineering in France and Spain. After marrying his Swiss-German wife, his first job was on an assembly line in Germany and France. This gave him an initial understanding of different cultures in the context of students and workers.
At Manitou, a lift truck company, he quickly became in charge of the first technician trainings in Spain and Argentina, which he organized as a collaborative trouble shooting training.
Later, when he joined New Holland, the agricultural division of FIAT, he frequently demonstrated strong initiative and took on additional responsibilities. For instance, he introduced a new machine to the market. He also convinced distributors to organize innovative events with customers where distributor staff focused more on transmitting emotions to the customer associated with the purchase of a product, rather than focusing exclusively on the product itself. He very much enjoyed working with and motivating his sales force team, which he successfully managed to double market share (see video on YouTube ). After FIAT’s acquisition of Case, an American construction machinery company, he had the opportunity to integrate American engineering into the FIAT culture by using collective intelligence from different countries and involving customers.
In parallel, Laurent became coach and co-founded a non-profitable association of managers in Prague, International Association for Managers Potential, where managers co-develop with the support of
international experts to implement an improved and more human style of management.
He started a new career as headhunter and re-activated the office of Arthur Hunt in Prague.
During his journey, Laurent found his "raison d'être": Initiate awareness of people’s reason of being for them to take better decisions. This methodology can also be used to express the mission of companies.

Cedric Prins
Cedric Prins
Cédric joined Arthur Hunt as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Talent, Leadership and Business Development. Cédric has worked in a wide range of B2B and B2C markets including civil engineering, mining, waste recycling, forestry, agriculture, robotics, greenspaces, and viticulture. He spent over 20 years developing markets in EMEA, North America and APAC for leading international companies. After undertaking several export missions in Australasia for different companies including Amazonen-Werke, he moved to Bobcat Ingersoll Rand’s EMEA Marketing department. He later joined Komatsu in France as a Key Account Manager. After being appointed a Marketing Manager for Europe by Doosan, he progressed through various business development positions in EMEA and finally was involved in the running of a €200 Million Business Unit.
Cédric is a graduate of IMADE business school and holds a Master of Business Administration from the EM-LYON.
He has an 18-year-old French daughter and a 5-year-old German boy. He has Dutch, Polish, and Basque origins and is passionate about the history of Rome, the Assyrians and Carthage.

Alice Robovská

She joined Kienbaum after finishing her PhD study at Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Civil Engineering, in 1998. She gained first experiences in personal consultancy as the Researcher and in Project Management. Since 2005 after her return from maternity leave she has been working as the Consultant.
Alice was supporting internationally companies mostly in technical fields like Automotive Industry, Manufacturing & Engineering but she also likes cooperation with clients from Retail and Professional Services in CZ and SK.
Last 10 years she was a Member of Automotive Practice Group and Member of Industry and Manufacturing Practice Group at Kienbaum Consultants International.
In connection with her education, for the last 3 years as a Member of Building and Construction Practice Group she has been actively involved in the development of cooperation also in this segment.
She has gained 20 years of experience as a consultant in successfully placing suitable candidates in all core functional areas.
After 25 years of working for mainly German-speaking clients, Alice decided to make a change, to combine her deep market knowledge with consulting with a personalized approach at Arthur Hunt.
Here she would like to build on her many years of experience and contribute to the development of the company in cooperation with clients in the field of automotive, industrial and engineering, building & construction, technical sales and logistics.
She is focusing on long term personal relationships with clients. Professionalism, trust and reliability are her priorities.
She can speak German and English.
